Stay cool this Summer with a delicious hip opening yoga practice! Designed to slowly and thoroughly open your hips, this workshops dissolves the congestion and stuckness in your hips. As we open the hips, we invite a cooler, more peaceful state of mind and an ease in our seated meditation posture. With our new freedom in our hips, we can play with lotus in yogic bliss, floating our lotus peacefully in inversions, receiving the deep nourishment that these beautiful poses offer.
