The Art of Touch – 50 hours
The Art of Sound – 50 hours
The Art of Teaching – 50 hours
The Art of Ayurveda – 50 hours
The Art of Seasonal Self-Care – 50 hours
Anatomy of Asana – 14 hours
Shakti Prana – 18 hours
Silent Meditation Retreat – 3 days (18 hours) at one of these centers: IMS, Spiritrock, Dharma Drum
One of the requirements and most valuable aspects of the Yoga Sukhavati Advanced Training is the Mentorship program. Please click here for details of the Mentorship program. In addition to the course work and mentorship, there will be assigned readings, writing, and homework assignments that needs to be completed in order to receive certification. Once you have successfully completed the program, you will receive your Yoga Sukhavati 300 Hour Teacher training certificate and be eligible to register as a teacher with the Yoga Alliance.
