Invite health and well being into your life. Immerse yourself in a weekend of Ayurveda and learn simple and practical ways to restore balance on a daily basis. Join Leigh and Annie and explore the principles of Ayurveda. Learn about the doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and what asanas, food, pranayama, and lifestyle attunements will help you find balance for your individual constitution. Ayurveda treats the whole self and practices are done daily. What has been weakened in the body becomes strengthened to allow the systems to naturally achieve health. When we are able to look at our own body-mind as an organism with its own unique formula for balance, then we can support others to find their own balance.
